‘In de Schaduw van de Kathedraal’ (formerly the ‘Mosselhuis’), owned by Tony Blust and Erly Gyselinck, has a very extensive fish menu with no fewer than 17 dishes! And you can count on the fish being the fresh catch of the day! There is also a meat menu which also offers 17 dishes for people who are not fans of the sea’s riches. Quality and good service are the keys to success which are closely monitored at ‘In de Schaduw van de Kathedraal’. The interior as well as the menus are altered regularly. A 3-course menu which is adjusted to the seasons is served to daily customers. There are 3 different places in the restaurant where you can sit to eat. Or you can select a table on the particularly convivial terrace (heated) where guests have a splendid view of the cathedral.
